In addition to teen BBYO members, adults over the age of 21 and their families are invited to join us for the IC Centennial Experience—including alumni, parents, supporters, and friends. Alumni under the age of 21 may only attend IC with a parent or guardian. High school students may only attend IC if they are registered for the full teen IC experience (they are not permitted to register for the IC Centennial Experience with their families). Children who are in eighth grade or below are permitted to attend IC with their families and must be supervised at all times while at IC.

There are three adult experiences available at IC 2024—the Next Century Celebration, the Forever Fun Celebration, and a Day Pass option. The Next Century Celebration begins with lunch on Thursday, February 15 at 12:00 PM, and continues through Friday, February 16 at 11:00 AM. Attendees will hear from IC’s incredible lineup of speakers throughout Thursday afternoon and evening, including during Opening Ceremonies, as well as engage in meaningful discussions with BBYO members and global leaders on topics paramount to teens today.

The Forever Fun Celebration begins Thursday evening, February 15 at 7:00 PM, with a reception and Opening Ceremonies, and concludes at noon on Sunday, February 18, following a special Centennial plenary. In addition to Opening Ceremonies, guests will join BBYO for Shabbat and Havdalah, the launch of BBYO’s Alumni Association, and a festive Centennial Celebration Saturday night, with plenty of time to explore Orlando with friends and family throughout the weekend.

Attendees registering with a Day Pass can join for one day of their choice at BBYO International Convention 2024—Thursday (2:00 PM on), Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

*Board/Council members, please note that Board/Council programming begins Wednesday at 6:00 PM.

If you’d like, you may sign up for Next Century Celebration and add on events throughout the weekend a la carte. Those participating in Next Century Celebration can add-on the full Forever Fun experience for $150, rather than the full $325 additional.

You can view the IC 2024 adult schedule here. There will be ample time to participate in IC, explore Orlando and the surrounding areas, and if needed, take work calls (as long as you don’t mind teens walking through your Zoom background)!

During the day on Friday and on Saturday, adults are free to enjoy golf, spend time at the spa, and explore Orlando with friends and families. For adults registered for the Forever Fun Celebration, they are invited to re-join IC for Shabbat dinner on Friday evening, and Havdalah on Saturday evening.

Yes, we would love to welcome you to IC 2024! In the coming weeks, registration for the "Orlando Community" will be available. Adults in Orlando over 21 are able to join us for just Thursday night's IC Opening Ceremonies or the Saturday night Centennial celebration only, if they would like, using this registration path. Please note that Orlando area teens are not able to attend IC for any component unless registered for the full teen experience. We look forward to sharing this registration path with Orlando-area residents in the coming weeks!

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration price, but can be added when you register. BBYO has booked a hotel room block for adults attending IC, at the Rosen Centre (Centennial Experience) Hotel. Transportation to the main IC site will be provided. These hotel blocks are first-come, first-served. Rooms at the main IC site are very limited and only open to those who are Shomer Shabbat. You will have a chance to indicate your needs during the registration process and can book a room directly with the hotel using the link provided.

If preferred, alumni may also reach out directly to BBYO’s exclusive travel partner, Mahra Pailet (a BBYO parent and alumna) of Castle Coaches LLC, to book a hotel room on their own. Mahra may be reached at mahra@castlecoachestravel.com.

Transportation to the main IC site is provided to/from the Rosen Centre adult hotel block, but not from the Marriott. Transportation is not provided to/from the Orlando Airport.

For guests attending the Next Century Celebration, Thursday lunch and Friday breakfast are included, with light bites and dessert provided on Thursday evening. (Members of BBYO’s Board of Directors and Advisory Councils will also receive dinner on Wednesday and breakfast on Thursday morning.)

Guests attending the Forever Fun Celebration are invited to join BBYO for a community reception on Thursday (featuring light bites and dessert), Shabbat dinner and a dessert reception on Friday evening, and a dessert reception on Saturday evening.

For guests attending with a Day Pass—which can be used Thursday (2:00 PM on), Friday, Saturday, or Sunday—any adult receptions taking place that day at IC are included. For Day Pass guests attending on Friday, Shabbat dinner is included.

BBYO takes every precaution regarding security at IC; it is our top priority. All policies, procedures, and protective measures are implemented in full collaboration with renowned security services that keep some of the American government's highest profile events safe as well as with all local, state, and national police and intelligence departments. More information is available upon request by delegates or delegate families of registered teens. Please note: for security purposes, the name of the IC hotel will not be released until a few days before convention begins.

In addition, all adult attendees at IC will be required to consent and adhere to the BBYO IC Adult Code of Conduct.

IC 2024 is a weekend-long experience open to our entire BBYO community, including all adults, supporters, and alumni over the age of 21. Those attending the Next Century Celebration will have the opportunity to sit in on the historic elections for the 100th Grand Board of the Aleph Zadik Aleph, and the 80th International Board of the B’nai B’rith Girls. Those attending the Forever Fun Celebration will join thousands of teens this year for one of the world’s largest Shabbat dinners, IC Havdalah, alumni reunions, the launch of the BBYO Alumni Association, and spectacular Centennial celebrations on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
